From kickoff call to live registration in 3 weeks.

Week 1
Onboarding call. We learn about your event, your audience, your registration history. You give us domain + Stripe + Resend access.
Week 2
We replicate your event flow on a private staging URL. You preview registration, sponsor, volunteer pages with your branding.
Week 3
Domain cutover. Your domain points at the new site. You go live with full registration + sponsor checkout. We migrate any existing rider data.
Ongoing
You run your event. We handle the platform. Monthly check-ins to add features as your event grows.

Common questions.

Can you handle our existing registration data?
Yes. We migrate riders/registrants from Shopify, Eventbrite, RaceRoster, RunSignup, Google Forms, or a CSV. You don't lose history.
What about credit card processing?
Stripe goes directly into your account. We don't touch the money — payments flow Stripe → you, never through us.
How long does setup take?
About 2–3 weeks from kickoff call to live registration. Depends on how much you want customized vs using our defaults.
What if our event grows?
The platform scales. We built it for ourselves and we're running HHH 2026 with a target of 400 riders, growing to 2,000+. You get to use the same scale.
What about waivers?
Built-in. Custom waiver text per event, digital signature, stored alongside the registration.
Can we own our data?
Yes. Full CSV export of riders, sponsors, volunteers — anytime, no limits.
What if we already have a Shopify store?
Two options: (a) keep Shopify for merch, point registration at us — common pattern. (b) full migrate — we run the whole thing.
Are you a software company or a nonprofit?
Both. MMM is a registered nonprofit running our own events. We open the platform to other nonprofits at cost to keep it sustainable, not for profit.
